Karena is a former senior software engineer at a major tech company with extensive team project leadership experience. She has conducted hundreds of technical interviews and specializes in Java, Android development, algorithms, data structures, databases, and system design.
Level 1 · Foundations (20 hours)
For beginners with little or no programming experience.• Java & object-oriented programming: setup, IntelliJ, variables, loops, classes & objects
• Arrays, strings, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, interfaces & enums
• Modern Java: lambda expressions, exceptions, multithreading, Collections & Stream API
• Debugging and unit testing with JUnit
• Career consultation, resume review, and a personalized training plan
Level 2 · Advanced (30 hours)
For students with programming basics who want to be interview-ready.• Algorithms: sorting, recursion, backtracking, binary search, dynamic programming
• Data structures: heaps, stacks, trees, hash maps, graphs, tries, cache design
• Problem-solving patterns: two pointers, bit manipulation, union find, greedy
• High-frequency interview questions and mock interviews
• Capstone project: design and build your own Android app (UI, database, deployment)
Data Science & Data Analytics
Turn data into decisions. Start with the core analyst toolkit, then advance to Python, machine learning, and data science interview preparation.Live online (Zoom) · Small classes of 1–6 students · 1–2 classes per week
